We are dealing with human lives and investigative results are anticipated with great expectation both by the patients and doctors to make informed decision about the course of treatment. So we take great care in the selection of our staff. Their personal attributes, education, knowledge and expertise are carefully evaluated. We also reinforce good laboratory practices to the staff through continuous training.

 

Selection of technical staff

In the selection of our technical staff, we have adopted a competency model that emphasizes professional skills, knowledge and certain character traits.

We look for the following:

Qualification: Should have the right professional qualifications, should possess appropriate skills acquired through experience and practice.
Professional skills: A good understanding of testing requirements, diagnostic procedures and ability to handle appropriate machinery, equipments
Personal attributes: A confident approach, quality conscious, attention to details and the ability to handle samples.
Work techniques: Should be fully conversant with the nature of work involved in diagnostic laboratories and demonstrate good work techniques.
